Howard Spiva

Howard Spiva opened his law firm in 1984.

He limits his law practice to serious catastrophic personal injuries, wrongful death and trucking litigation with an emphasis on brain injuries and claims involving children.

He and his wife Kelly are from Savannah, Georgia. Kelly is their office manager.

He co-founded The Justice For Children Foundation, Inc. (in 1999). www.Headsinhelmets.com

His eldest (step) son, Clay is an attorney (19 years).

His son, Gene, served as an Army paratrooper, graduated Mercer law with honors and joined the firm in October 2018.

His granddaughter (age 20) attends the University of Georgia and his grandson (age 18) takes college classes. Both of his grandchildren have announced they are attending law school. Howard asks, “doesn’t anyone go to medical school anymore?”
