Ingrid has been a nurse for 40 years. She has practiced in critical care for 10 years and then went on to get her master’s degree in gerontological nursing to become a Clinical Nurse Specialist.

Since then she has practiced in home care, case management, education in various schools of nursing as well as in clinical settings and wound care. She went on to become Director of Education and Research and
then Chief Nursing Officer at a PACE site owned by the University of Penn School of Nursing.

She has reviewed cases related to nursing home issues as well as pain and suffering for Mindy Cohen at ONPOINT since 2000. She came on as full time Program Director for Long Term Care at ONPOINT in December of 2016.
