Ryan Scott, Esq.

Rogers, AR

Ryan Scott paid for his wife’s engagement ring by playing poker. Ryan also played so much online poker his junior year of college that the website he played on send him a Christmas basket! Full of wine, cheese, and a polo shirt with their logo.

He truly enjoys the art of making strategic decisions to better the outcome. He always keeps in mind the lessons learned from thousands of hands when working to out-maneuver his opponents as a trial lawyer. Ryan Scott is the Chief Litigation Officer at Bailey & Oliver Law Firm in Rogers, Arkansas.

Ryan graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelors degree in Communication and Political Science cum laude, a Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Juris Doctorate. Ryan began his career clerking for Sach Oliver in the Fall of 2007. Ryan now manages the catastrophic personal injury team at Bailey and Oliver Law Firm.

Ryan is member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Board of Directors and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Arkansas Bar Association. Ryan’s wife, Sara, is a licensed nursing home administrator who works for a nonprofit adult center. Ryan has 3 sons: Will, Jack, and James. His favorite hobbies are coaching and watching his boys play sports (football, basketball, baseball, MMA) and talking to them when he can – usually in the car driving them to one of these events.
