Anchor. Modernize. Persuade.

This Technology and AI Seminar is limited to 45 attendees! Be sure to book your spot now, before it sells out!

Presented By Jonathan H. Lomurro, Esq. LLM and Connectionology®.

A comprehensive litigation strategy system that teaches you how to anchor your case in truth, modernize your presentation with cutting-edge technology, and persuade any jury with powerful storytelling techniques.

  • Jonathan H. Lomurro, equity partner at Lomurro Law, is a nationally recognized plaintiff trial attorney focused on medical malpractice and complex civil litigation. He holds rare, triple-board certification as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney by the New Jersey Supreme Court, a Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Attorneys, and a Certified Medical Malpractice Lawyer by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys. He served as President of the New Jersey Association for Justice and has been appointed to leadership and advisory roles focused on the future of trial practice, including artificial intelligence and modern evidence presentation.  Former President of the Haydn Proctor Inn of Court. Former Chair of the Medical Malpractice Committee, Civil Practice Committee, and YLD Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association. Former New Jersey Delegate to the American Bar Association House of Delegates. He is the author of multiple books including AAJ Press publications: The AMP Method, Dropping the Digital Anchor, and Experts: Picking, Preparing, Presenting. He has written extensively on trial strategy, electronic medical records, and persuasive advocacy. Through lectures and training nationwide, Lomurro teaches lawyers how to convert dense medical evidence into clear narratives that juries can trust—and defendants can’t escape.

Attendees will leave the A.M.P. Method Conference with a complete, repeatable workflow for building stronger cases faster and the confidence to run it on Monday morning. They’ll learn how to create “case anchors” that simplify complex liability and medicine into a clear theory, then follow that anchor through intake, discovery, and depositions so the file never drifts off key. They’ll learn where modern proof actually lives—EMR audit trails, metadata, email systems, and other “invisible evidence”—and how to identify it, request it, authenticate it, and convert it into leverage. Along the way, they’ll see how a case can evolve in a disciplined “Case Evolution” system: facts become issues, issues become targets, targets become deposition control, and deposition control becomes trial momentum.

They’ll also learn how to modernize their practice without compromising privilege, privacy, or ethics—using AI and retrieval tools as an “always-on roadie” for analysis, drafting, and organization, but with clear guardrails and human judgment at the center. The conference will teach practical file structure and consistency standards that make AI safer and more useful, plus prompt-stacking strategies that reduce heavy lifting in case analysis, briefing, and witness prep. Finally, attendees will learn how to persuade with cinematic clarity: turning timelines into visual strategies (swimlanes, hourglass sequences), reducing juror cognitive load, designing persuasive visuals that tell the truth cleanly, and running courtroom technology with resilience under pressure. The result is a method that doesn’t just add tools—it adds tempo, clarity, and control from the first call to the final verdict.
