Amy Davis is the owner of the Law Office of Amy M. Davis, LLC, in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she focuses her practice on serious personal injury, wrongful death, sexual abuse and nursing home abuse cases. Amy is a 2010 graduate of Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

She is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, where she currently serves on its Board of Directors and is a past chairperson of its Young Lawyers Division. In 2018, Amy received ITLA’s Max Goodwin Young Lawyer of the Year Award for her dedication to protecting the rights of injured people, her devotion to her community and helping to advance Indiana Law in a positive direction for Indiana residents.

Amy is a graduate of the famed Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College at Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming. Amy is also a member of the American Association For Justice, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association, where she serves on the Executive Committee for its Litigation Section. Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters, Nora and Maggie. A former college athlete, Amy enjoys hiking, yoga, and channels her competitive instincts by playing recreational league basketball, softball and kickball.
