Brett K. Findler, Senior Attorney/Co-Head Underwriting

Brett K. Findler had been the Managing Partner of Findler & Findler, P.A. in Boca Raton, FL (previously located in West Palm Beach, FL) since 1989. He currently allocates 100% of his professional life to Priority Responsible Funding, LLC. Mr. Findler received his B.A. degree from City University of New York in 1979 and his Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University in 1983. He worked for the Miami labor law firm of Kaplan, Sicking, Hessen, et al for several years before becoming partner at the law firm of Rosenthal & Findler, P.A. in West Palm Beach, FL. Mr. Findler has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1984 and is a two time recipient of the Silver Eagle Award from the Florida Academy of Trial Lawyers for going above and beyond in the preservation of civil justice.

As of July 2018, Brett K. Findler is President/Founder of Priority Responsible Funding, LLC – a non-recourse legal and medical funding company designed to help trial lawyers and their injured clients. Mr. Findler identified a need in the non-recourse funding industry, offering programs and distinguishing Priority Responsible Funding from the competition. He works hand-in-hand with law firms, their clients and medical providers to address the pitfalls he has seen during his 35+ years’ experience as a trial attorney.

Mr. Findler currently educates law firms and medical groups across the country in the area of non-recourse medical, catastrophic care and litigation funding, and how same can help them help their clients/patients. He has also sponsored numerous events for the Florida Justice Association (FJA) in his capacity as President/Founder of Priority Responsible Funding.
