David is the author of Semitruck Wreck, A Guide for Victims and Their Families. David and his firm regularly go to trial on behalf of their clients. David is a frequent lecturer both nationally and in Indiana on how to properly handle semi and other commercial motor vehicle cases.

David is one of the founding and is managing partner at the law firm Craig, Kelley & Faultless with lawyers licensed in Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, Illinois, and Missouri. The law firm has been selected as Best Law Firms (multiple years by US News and World Report).
