Mark Bennett, Esq.

Mark was born on Mother’s Day in Canonsburg, PA in 1964 and has three siblings. He graduated with a B.A. from Duquesne University in 1986. In 1989, he obtained a J.D. from Duquesne University, where he was a member of the Duquesne University Law Review. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania and New Mexico State Courts and District Courts. He began his legal career working as a clerk in the Parental Counsel Division of the Washington County Juvenile Courts and as a clerk in a private law office.

After graduating from law school, Mark joined a law firm concentrating in general Civil Litigation. He left that position to join Berger and Green, where he represented injured accident victims in personal injury claims as a Pennsylvania Personal Injury attorney. In 2019, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he continues to practice law at Parnall Law.

He was a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaAJ), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), where he served on the Public Service Committee and the Bench Bar Conference Committee. Mark was also a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, Academy of Trial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, and Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mark is now a member of the Albuquerque Bar Association and New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.
