Dr. Nik Volkov is an Assistant Professor of Finance and the Director of the Masters of Science in Business Analytics at Mercer University. Dr. Volkov holds a Ph.D. in Finance, is a Certified Valuation Analyst and a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics. He is a Vice President of the National Association of Forensic Economics.

Dr. Volkov runs a consulting practice that focuses on litigation support in the area of forensic economics and finance. The primary focus of his consulting work is in the area of economic damages calculations and expert witness testimony in personal injury, wrongful death, employment, and commercial litigation.

His research is published in the Journal of Forensic Economics, Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of Corporate Finance, Quarterly Review of Economics and Finance, Research in International Business and Finance, Global Finance Journal, and Financial Services Review.
