Lakeland, FL

Thomas C. Grajek, Esq. graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY at Buffalo) with an undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. He then went on to attend the State University of New York’s School of Law graduating in 1993. He immediately passed both the New York and Florida Bar and was admitted to practice in both states in 1994.

Once he was admitted to the Florida bar, he moved to Merritt Island, Florida where he began practicing as a criminal defense attorney. He worked for the Law Office of Daniel Ciener where the practice was committed 100% to the defense of criminal cases. After gaining valuable experience and knowledge about how to prepare and try a case from Mr. Ciener, he moved to the Tampa area and continued my legal career devoted to criminal defense.

Tom has dedicated his entire legal career to the area of criminal defense. He do not handle divorce or personal injury cases. He only represents arrested individuals in criminal defense cases. He is a member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys and the National Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys. He also makes it a point to stay abreast of the latest changes and case law by subscribing to the best case law publishing company. Therefore, he can use the latest changes and latest appellate decisions to benefit his clients and their case.
