Prior to co-founding CaseMetrix www.case-metrix.com Kimberly White had 27 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal. After earning a degree in Paralegal Studies in 1982, she worked at an insurance defense firm in North Carolina before relocating to Atlanta in 1984. She began working at an Atlanta insurance defense firm, then known as Fain, Gorby, Reeves & Moraitakis, in 1984, and remained with that firm until 1994. At that point, she began a 15-year freelance career in which she assisted many prominent plaintiff and defense firms in metro Atlanta.

Her specialties have included motor vehicle, trucking, premises liability, products liability, medical malpractice and pharmacy malpractice. She co-founded CaseMetrix, a settlement & verdict database, in 2009. That company has since expanded throughout the Southeastern US and is utilized by both plaintiff & defense firms. Kimberly has lectured extensively to Attorneys, Paralegals and insurers sharing her unique perspective with both sides of the Bar.

Senior attorney, Fayrell Furr Jr., from Furr & Henshaw is one of the few lawyers who have been board certified by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys in the field of medical professional negligence, a certification of competency in handling medical malpractice cases.

Mr. Furr has also been granted several prestigious honors within the legal community, including the Southern Trial Lawyers Association’s Warhorse Award in 2010 and the South Carolina Association for Justice’s Founders Award in 2003.

Eric J. Hertz is a double Board-Certified Trial Attorney by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and the American Board of Trial Advocates. A member of America’s Top 100 High Stakes Litigators and Top 10 Nursing Home Trial Lawyers, Mr. Hertz has tried over 100 jury trials as Lead Attorney and handled over 100 wrongful death cases, resulting in multi-millions of dollars collected for his clients, including several record high verdicts.

Mr. Hertz is the author of Nursing Home Abuse and Your Loved Ones (2016) and co-author of Thomas Reuters: Punitive Damages in Georgia (1997-2020); Georgia Law of Damages (1998-2020); and Georgia Law of Torts (2002). Mr. Hertz earned his J.D. in 1991 from the University of Georgia School of Law and his B.B.A., cum laude, from Hofstra University. Adrian is currently the CEO, Chief Nursing Officer, and Clinical Director of NeuroRehab Services and has many years’ experience in various areas of the healthcare industry including Trauma, Brain and Spinal Cord Injury, Pharmaceutical Development and Research, and Neurologic Rehabilitation. Throughout his career he has been a part of several companies related to Brain Injury, Patient Rights and Charities directed at helping traumatically injured individuals. Most recently he and his team developed the Odyssey Program a one of a kind treatment system that helps to facilitate treatment of Traumatic Brain Injured Clients in their own home and community. A nationally recognized speaker he is the Author and Co-Author of a large number of continuing education presentations on TBI, SCI, Trauma and Good Clinical Practices for care of Neurologically Impaired Individuals; Author of Neurologic Education and Certification Programs for the treatment of TBI in various clinical environments; Author and Developer of several treatment programs designed specifically for the treatment of Traumatic Brain and Spinal Cord Injuries.

Justin Kahn is a civil litigator with Kahn Law Firm, LLP in Charleston, South Carolina. He handles professional liability, tort, product liability, contract and other matters. He has practiced in state and federal courts throughout the country.

Justin is AV rated and is board certified in medical malpractice by the American Board of Professional Liability Attorneys where he also serves on the board. He is also board certified by the National Board of Trial Advocacy as a civil trial advocate and in civil pretrial practice advocacy. He is also a diplomate with the National College of Advocacy and American Association of Justice. He is certified by the South Carolina Supreme Court as a civil circuit court mediator.

Chadrick Alexander Mance is founder of the Mance Law Group, the community’s law firm for the injured in Savannah, GA. He is the current NAACP President in Savannah and a talented trial lawyer who represents clients deceased or seriously injured in automobile accidents, in tractor trailer collisions, in construction accidents, by the negligence of physicians, by police misconduct, and by dangerous products. Mr. Mance represents clients across the state of Georgia.

In 2017, Mance lectured at the nation’s largest conference on dangerous drugs injuring consumers, Mass Torts Made Perfect. That year, Mance was and continues to be the youngest speaker invited to speak at this national conference, whose speakers include the best lawyers throughout the nation with multi-million dollar and multi-billion dollar verdicts.

In 2016, Mr. Mance served as President of the Port City Bar Association, Savannah’s prestigious African American Bar Association. Mance became one of the youngest to serve as president of this prestigious organization of lawyers. He was also parliamentarian of the Savannah Trial Lawyers’ Association and Chairman of the Savannah Section of the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association’s Young Lawyer Division. The same year he was selected to present on wrongful death lawsuits against governmental entities before The State Bar of Georgia’s Annual Convention. Mance was among the youngest presenters selected. Mance has been featured on Magic 103.9’s Gospel Morning Show, Magic 103.9’s R&B Morning Show, W-TOC, WSAV, WJCL, and other Savannah news stations as a commentator or participant concerning high profile legal cases. In 2015, Mance completed the Georgia Trial Lawyers’ Association’s Leadership Education and Advanced Development Program, a program that selects the best and brightest young trial lawyers in the state for its graduates.

In fall of 2014, Mr. Mance served as a visiting professor of law at Morehouse College where he lectured on topics related to his practice. It is believed that Mance was the youngest college professor at Morehouse during that time. He has also lectured on wrongful death civil rights trials at Savannah State University, in addition to conducting community-based workshops on general topics relating to personal injury. In addition, he has presented to groups such as the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency on topics such as workers’ compensation and workers’ rights.

Mance is a cum laude graduate of Morehouse College where he obtained a degree in business administration. While at Morehouse, Mance served as student body president and a member of the college’s board of trustees. During his senior year, Mance toured around the United States conducting panel discussions about civil rights and social justice with Judge Glenda Hatchett, Susan Taylor (of Essence Magazine), Jeff Johnson (of Tom Joyner’s Morning Show), and Emmanuel Lewis.

Mance is also a 2012 graduate of the University of Georgia School of Law where his trial team won the largest invitational trial advocacy tournament in the United States in 2011, The Buffalo-Niagra Mock Trial Invitational. While at Georgia Law, Mance was awarded the Weinberg, Wheeler, Hudgins, Gunn & Dial Outstanding Mock Trial Advocate Award. He was a dedicated member of BLSA and was voted as “Most Likely to Become a Supreme Court Judge”. He also co-founded the Georgia Association of Law and Politics which now hosts an annual conference on legal and political issues across the state. Mance believes that the law is a tool meant to influence people to help others. He has devoted his practice and work to fighting for the seriously injured and down-trodden.

Gary Jackson is a name many attorneys in North Carolina know. He has been president of the NC Advocates for Justice and has held leadership positions in several other national and state organizations.

Gary is frequently asked to speak throughout the country at educational programs for lawyers and he regularly authors articles addressing current legal trends and developments.

He has won many awards over his 35+ years as a trial lawyer – 22 of which have been spent fighting for plaintiffs in numerous multi-million dollar claims. Dr. O’Donnell is an Associate Professor of Cell & Molecular Medicine at the Rush Medical College in Chicago. Harvey A. Moore, Ph.D., is the President of Trial Practices, Inc. and HMA, Inc., both full service litigation consulting firms aiding attorneys and clients in thematic development of case issues, trial communication strategies, voir dire, jury selection, witness evaluation and training, development of computer graphics and demonstrative exhibits, and other applied, social science consultation. During that period, he served the Director of the University of South Florida Human Resources Institute from 1979 to 1983, Assistant to the President from 1982 to 1984, and from 1982 to 1986, the Deputy Director for Research at the Florida Mental Health Institute.
