Dr. Barna is a Board Certified, Harvard trained Interventional Pain Physician and a Certified Life Care Planner (CLCP) with a strong clinical background in Musculoskeletal Care. He is an Editorial Board Member for Pain Physician, the Journal of Life Care Planning and Rehab Pro Journal, as well as a Reviewer for the Journal of Orthopaedic Trauma. He has been recognized on Becker’s Orthopedic and Spine Review List of 150 Pain Management Physicians to Know.

Prior to coming to Florida, Dr. Barna spent nearly 10 years at Harvard Medical School including roles as Assistant Professor of Medicine and Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology, as well as Medical Director of the Massachusetts General Hospital Pain Center. Dr. Barna also previously served as an Interventional Spine and Pain Physician, as well as Partner at Florida Orthopaedic Institute, the largest multi-specialty Orthopedic group in the state of Florida. He is a member of the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, North American Spine Society, International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals / International Academy of Life Care Planners Section, and American Academy of Physician Life Care Planners.

Dr. Barna has significant experience performing utilization reviews of workers compensation pre-authorization cases, disability cases, and peer reviews for causality and investigational procedures. Dr. Barna’s clinical areas of expertise include conservative and nonsurgical interventional care of spine conditions and other chronic pain conditions. He is currently in clinical practice at Neurosurgical Partners, with offices in Tampa and Sarasota, FL.

Corey B. Friedman has experience handling catastrophic injury and complex commercial litigation matters.

Although born in Southern California, Mr. Friedman obtained his Juris Doctorate cum laude from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Mr. Friedman is admitted to practice in Florida, California, New York, and the District of Columbia.

Mr. Friedman’ practice areas include: traumatic brain injury, negligent security, wrongful death, defamation, product liability, and actions brought pursuant to Florida Statute §768.125 (Florida’s Dram Shop Statute).

Paul G. Finizio, Esq. is a well-established motivational speaker who earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree of Law from Nova Southeastern University School of Law and has practiced in all areas of law for over 30 years. He attended the University of Florida and received his undergraduate degree in finance.

Paul is the past President of Il Circolo, the Italian Cultural Society; past President of the Symphony of The Americas Association and currently serves on the advisory board of Nova Southeastern University. He supports the American Heart Foundation, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, the Special Olympics and Breast Cancer Foundations among others. Paul’s legal focus has been personal injury, wrongful death, commercial transactions and disputes as well as family law. Paul is fluent in Spanish, Italian and English and is proficient in French and Portuguese.

Mark was born on Mother’s Day in Canonsburg, PA in 1964 and has three siblings. He graduated with a B.A. from Duquesne University in 1986. In 1989, he obtained a J.D. from Duquesne University, where he was a member of the Duquesne University Law Review. He is licensed to practice in all Pennsylvania and New Mexico State Courts and District Courts. He began his legal career working as a clerk in the Parental Counsel Division of the Washington County Juvenile Courts and as a clerk in a private law office.

After graduating from law school, Mark joined a law firm concentrating in general Civil Litigation. He left that position to join Berger and Green, where he represented injured accident victims in personal injury claims as a Pennsylvania Personal Injury attorney. In 2019, he moved to Albuquerque, New Mexico where he continues to practice law at Parnall Law.

He was a member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice (PaAJ), the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA), and the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), where he served on the Public Service Committee and the Bench Bar Conference Committee. Mark was also a Fellow of the Allegheny County Bar Foundation, Academy of Trial Lawyers, Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, and Million Dollar Advocates Forum. Mark is now a member of the Albuquerque Bar Association and New Mexico Trial Lawyers Association.

James Amaro is a trial lawyer based out of Houston, Texas who founded the Amaro Law Firm to provide injured parties access to truly passionate and dedicated advocates to protect them. The firm has offices across Texas and continues to grow.

Anna McMullen is a litigation associate focusing primarily on motor vehicle collision and premises liability cases. Anna’s docket is geared toward fast-paced discovery, cost-conscious litigation, and maximizing efficiency to the client’s benefit.

Anna is originally from Monroe, Louisiana, and attended William & Mary Law School in Williamsburg, Virginia, after playing four years of varsity golf for the undergraduate College. Prior to joining the Amaro Law Firm in 2018, Anna served as President of the William & Mary ADR Team, where she redesigned the team’s mediation training program and was named to the Order of Barristers. She currently serves as a golf tournament committee chair for the Houston Trial Lawyers Association.

Anna and her husband live in the Houston Heights area, and are enjoying not planning a wedding during a global pandemic.

Amy Davis is the owner of the Law Office of Amy M. Davis, LLC, in Indianapolis, Indiana, where she focuses her practice on serious personal injury, wrongful death, sexual abuse and nursing home abuse cases. Amy is a 2010 graduate of Indiana University McKinney School of Law.

She is a member of the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, where she currently serves on its Board of Directors and is a past chairperson of its Young Lawyers Division. Amy is a graduate of the famed Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College at Thunderhead Ranch in Wyoming. Outside of the office, Amy enjoys spending time with her husband, Mark, and their two daughters, Nora and Maggie. N’Keesia is a paralegal member of the Pennsylvania Association for Justice. She received her degree in Paralegal Studies from Stenotype Academy in New York City.

Beverly is a trauma ICU/OR nurse by trade. She was in hospital administration for 20+ years overseeing nursing with special attention on trauma ICU and ER.

In the late 80’s and early 90’s she helped one of the largest hospital systems create their Home Health infusion programs pioneering protocols in Florida for the allowance of intravenous infusions to be administered at home. Her early protocols were quickly adopted by AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration) and are still in use today.

Beverly entered the legal profession in 1998 as an expert witness. Quickly, she instinctively began working with attorneys on framing their cases and utilizing compelling strategies in their depositions, mediations, jury selection, and courtroom presentations.

Beverly has been bringing a unique perspective to trial/jury consulting as well as legal nurse consulting for 20+ years. With 2 decades of hospital and home care administration under her belt, she brings unprecedented ability to assess, clients, attorneys, witnesses, and judges/jurors in the courtroom.

Speaking on trial presentation is her passion. She has had the pleasure of presenting to attorneys, nurses, paralegals, and trial consultants on state and national levels. Beverly’ mediation and courtroom presentations have been associated with many multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts.

Recently, one of Beverly’s 350+ mediation presentations resulted in her third eight-figure settlement. PASSION!

Beverly is married to Catfish Abbott with whom she had her first dance in the courtroom 13 years ago. She has two sons, Tyler and Ian.

What most people don’t know about Beverly…she went to the 1976 Olympic Trials in Swimming, forever earning the name she is most referred to today…SPLASH.

Lars is the co-author of the book Digital Forensics for Legal Professionals: Understanding Digital Evidence from the Warrant to the Courtroom, published by Syngess, an imprint of Elsevier Publishing. He is also co-author of the book Digital Forensics Trial Graphics: Educating the Jury Through Effective Use of Visuals”, Published by Academic Press, 2017.

Lars is an EnCase Certified Examiner (EnCE), a Cellebrite Certified Operator (CCO), a Cellebrite Certified Physical Analyst (CCPA), a Certified Telecommunications Network Specialist (CTNS), Certified Wireless Analyst (CWA), a Certified Internet Protocol Telecommunications Specialist (CIPTS), and a Certified Telecommunications Analyst (CTA).

He spoke at the largest annual digital forensics conference, the Computer Enterprise and Investigations Conference (CEIC), in 2011 and 2013, and the EnFuse Conference in 2016 and 2019.

Lars has qualified as an expert witness and testified in both state and federal courts, qualifying as a digital forensics expert, computer forensics expert, cell phone forensics expert, video forensics expert, and a photo forensics expert. He has testified for both the defense and prosecution.

Lars has attended over 400 hours of forensic training and has worked on hundreds of cases involving murder, sexual exploitation, terrorism, rape, kidnapping, intellectual property, fraud, wrongful death, employee wrongdoing and insurance losses among numerous other types of cases.

He provides dozens of Continuing Legal Education (CLE) and Continuing Education (CE) training classes for attorneys and claims professionals across the United States every year.
